The Atlanta Roofing Company That Shows You The Photos First
Most roofing quotes start with a number. Ours starts with pictures of your actual roof — every soft spot, every lifted shingle, every failing flashing detail — so you can see exactly what you are paying for before you decide anything.
- Four decades, family-owned
- Free photo inspection
- 24/7 emergency response
- Insurance claims handled
Three Doors, One Crew
Whatever Is Over Your Head, We Have Been Under It
Most Atlanta roofers pick a lane — shingles or membrane, houses or buildings. We have run all three sides of this business for forty years, which means the crew on a 40,000 sq ft warehouse deck and the crew on a Buckhead bungalow answer to the same standards.

What A Free Inspection Actually Gets You
Nobody Should Spend $15,000 On A Roof They Have Never Seen
You cannot see your own roof. That is the entire problem with this industry — the customer is asked to approve five figures of work on faith. We fix that by handing you the evidence.
- Photos of every finding, shot on your roof, not a stock library
- Attic and decking check where access allows, because leaks rarely start where they show up
- Repair-vs-replace math in plain language, including when repair is the smarter call
- A written scope and price — materials, layers, flashing details, warranty, all of it
- Zero obligation. Keep the report. Get other bids. We would rather you be sure.

Roofing Services Across Metro Atlanta
Roof Replacement
Full tear-off and rebuild with sealed decking, proper underlayment and manufacturer-spec ventilation. The layer nobody photographs is the one that decides whether you get twenty years or eight.
Roof Repair
Leak tracing, flashing rebuilds, valley and boot repairs. If the roof has life left, we will tell you that instead of selling you a replacement you do not need yet.
Emergency Roof Repair
Active leak, wind-torn section, tree strike. We tarp and stabilize first, document for your insurer second, and schedule permanent repair third.
Storm & Hail Damage
Georgia gives you a limited window to file after a storm. We document the damage properly and meet your adjuster on the roof so nothing gets written off from the driveway.
Flat Roof Repair
Ponding water, seam failures, blistered membrane and flashing pull-away on low-slope roofs — residential and commercial alike.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam and exposed-fastener systems, plus restoration coatings for metal roofs that are tired but structurally sound.
How It Goes
Three Steps. No Surprises.
We Get On The Roof
Not a walk-around from the yard. We get up there, photograph what we find, and check the attic side when we can reach it. You get the report whether you hire us or not.
You Get A Real Number
Written scope, line by line. What gets torn off, what gets replaced, which underlayment, which flashing details, what the warranty covers. Priced before work starts.
We Build It Right
Decking inspected and re-fastened, valleys and penetrations detailed by hand, site cleaned and magnet-swept daily. Then a final walkthrough with you on the ground.
Atlanta Ordinance 25-O-1310
The Cool Roof Rule Takes Effect In 2026. Most Building Owners Have Not Heard Of It.
Atlanta City Council passed a cool roof ordinance in June 2025 that sets minimum solar reflectance requirements on new and replacement roofs inside city limits. Low-slope commercial roofs face the steepest thresholds — and specifying the wrong membrane can stall your permit at plan review.
We built a free compliance checker so you can test a product spec in about fifteen seconds.

Straight Answers
What Does A New Roof Actually Cost In Atlanta?
Published numbers for an Atlanta roof replacement swing from $8,000 to well past $30,000, which is useless if you are trying to plan. The spread is real, though — pitch, square footage, tear-off layers and access drive it more than the shingle brand does.
We put a calculator on the site that walks those variables and gives you an honest range instead of a lead-capture number. No email required to see the result.
Questions Atlanta Homeowners Ask
Roofing FAQs
How much does a roof replacement cost in Atlanta?
Most metro Atlanta homes land between roughly $9,000 and $22,000 for a full architectural shingle replacement, with the spread driven by square footage, roof pitch, how many old layers come off and how hard the roof is to access. Steep or complex roofs, premium shingles, and hidden decking damage push toward the top of that range. Our cost calculator gives you a range for your specific roof without requiring an email address.
Do I actually need a full replacement, or can my roof be repaired?
It depends on three things: the age of the roof, whether the damage is isolated or spread across multiple slopes, and whether the decking underneath is still sound. A ten-year-old roof with one bad valley is a repair. A nineteen-year-old roof with granule loss across every southern exposure is a replacement. We photograph both cases and tell you which one you have — including when the answer saves us a sale.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family Atlanta homes are torn off and re-roofed in one to two days. Larger or steeper roofs, slate and tile work, and homes with significant decking replacement run longer. Commercial and industrial projects are scheduled in phases so the building keeps operating.
Will my insurance cover storm or hail damage to my roof?
Often, yes — if the damage is documented properly and filed inside your policy's window, which for most Georgia policies is twelve months from the date of loss. The common failure is a claim denied because the damage was assessed from the ground or attributed to age. We document from the roof and meet your adjuster up there. See our storm damage and claims page for how the process runs in Georgia.
Can a contractor waive my insurance deductible?
No. Waiving or absorbing a homeowner's deductible is illegal in Georgia, and any roofer who offers to do it is telling you something important about how they run the rest of the job. Your deductible is your share of the claim and it has to be paid.
Do you work on commercial and industrial buildings too?
Yes — it is half of what we do. We handle commercial roofing including TPO, EPDM, coatings and flat roof repair, plus industrial work on warehouse decks and large metal roof systems. The same crew standards apply on a 60,000 square foot deck as on a residential re-roof.
Do you offer emergency roof repair after hours?
Yes. We answer the phone around the clock for active leaks, wind damage and tree strikes. The first visit is about stopping water intrusion and stabilizing the roof; permanent repair is scheduled once conditions allow. Call 440-610-3216.
